  • Who we are

    Situated in Droitwich, the nursery prides itself on its outdoor space and learning

    Encouraging plentiful outdoor play, no matter the weather.

    As an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ setting, My First Friends Droitwich provides high quality childcare, within a stimulating, and safe environment, encouraging learning and development.

    Children aged 6 weeks – 16 months are situated upstairs in the ‘Dreamers’ room, with three conjoining rooms offering spacious areas for a self-sufficient milk kitchen for prepping feeds, as well as offering a space that allows natural light to beam through open windows. This room is also connected to the older babies’ room ‘Discoverers’ which is for those aged 16 months – 2 years old.

    Both rooms are equipped with a variety of equipment such as balancing beams, slides, and apparatus to support younger children with achieving key milestones such as walking and improving their ability to develop at a steady pace.

    Helping pay for your childcare

    Understandably, the cost of day nursery can put many familiesoff choosing it as an option. But there are a range of Government schemes open to parents that can make nursery affordable and we will do everything we can to help you understand the choices and access the funding that you might be eligible for.

    Tax-Free Childcare  – For working families earning under £100k and at least £131 per week (equal to 16 hours at the National Minimum or Living Wage) each who aren’t receiving Tax Credits, Universal Credit or childcare vouchers.

    15 hours and 30 hours Funded Childcare  – For many working parents of 2 year olds, and 3 – 4 year olds for 38 weeks each year.
